Cincinnati Property Sealing Services
Animals such as bats, mice, rats, and snakes can gain access into your home through a variety of small gaps and cracks. At Animal Remover we provide a full property sealing service. The first step in this process is to perform a full inspection and determine the animal problem at hand. The second step is to set traps and catch the animals. After the animals are caught and removed, the third step in this process is to seal off the areas where the animals are entering the home. The final step is to seal any remaining gaps on the home to prevent future entry of another animal in a different spot.
If you have bats living in your home, we perform a full inspection of the property to determine all the areas where the bats can gain entry. We then seal off all these gaps and cracks with the exception of the main entry points. We leave the main entry points open for one week to get the bats accustomed to flying only out of the main entry points. We then hang up a device called a bat excluder, which will allow the bats to fly out but not get back in. We leave the bat excluder in place for one week. After the second week, we return to conclude the bat removal, remove the bat excluder, and seal the main entry points. At this point, your property will be bat free.

Below is another picture of a gap that provides animal entry. This gap is especially bad because the gutters have clogged up due to the birds nesting and have overflowed causing damage to the wood work on the home.
