1. Property Inspection Services in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana
The first step to resolving any wild animal problem is performing a thorough property animal inspection. Whether you’re having a problem with squirrels chewing holes in your roof, hearing noises in your attic, or seeing raccoons in the yard, we can help. At Animal Remover, our team of highly trained wildlife specialists provide the most complete property animal inspections in the tri-state area. We are licensed and insured to work in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana.
Our wildlife management service starts out with an initial fee that includes a full property animal inspection, an Animal Intrusion Worksheet with prices for repairs, patching holes, removing animal droppings, etc., and setting up traps to catch the animals. We send one or two wildlife control specialists to do this. The inspection process generally takes a couple of hours. We’ll inspect the foundation, crawl space, deck, porch, patio, roof, soffits, vents, attics, and anywhere else you would like us to inspect. Our specialists will determine what animal problem you’re experiencing and what we can do about it. We will inspect your home for the animal problem you’re currently experiencing, and also look for other animal issues at the same time.
We use only the most up to date, advanced, and high-tech wildlife inspection tools available today, such as high definition thermal imaging cameras, micro cameras, and parabolic microphones. This equipment allows us to give you a very thorough and precise inspection. Animals love to live in attics and walls and these devices can be very useful to help us diagnose the problem correctly. We don’t miss much!
For your convenience, Animal Remover has a very large service area. Animal Remover services southwest Ohio, northern Kentucky and southeastern Indiana. For additional fees, we will travel anywhere if you have an animal problem that no one else can solve. If you are not sure if we service your area please feel free to call and ask. If nothing else, we will most likely be able to recommend a preferred professional in your area.
2. Licensed and Insured
When you call a company out for service on your property, it is very important that you check to make sure that the company is licensed and insured while working on your property. We take this very seriously. At Animal Remover, we hold licenses that allow us to trap, remove, control, exclude, release, and relocate animals depending on state laws – and every state is different.
We are fully licensed, insured, and bonded in the states that we service. We hold nuisance wildlife control operators licenses in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan, and West Virginia from their respective departments of natural resources and fish/game. For your convenience, we also hold a pest control operator’s license in Ohio and provide a full range of insect control services in Ohio. We carry a specialized Canada Geese removal, relocation, and euthanizing certification in Ohio and Indiana.

3. Animal Exclusion Warranty
Animal exclusion is the physical means of adding material to an area to prevent entry of an animal. An example would be screening a vent to keep squirrels out. As always, the squirrels must be trapped and physically removed first. The last thing you would ever want to do is lock an animal inside your attic. The animal will most likely die in a very inconvenient place, your home will smell horrible, and the carcass will be challenging to find and remove.
When we do a property animal inspection, we will remove the animals safely, humanely, and we also do the repairs to keep the animals out in the future. Rest assured, your home is in good hands. We guarantee that our repairs keep animals out. Once we’ve removed the animals from your property, we’ll do everything we can to be sure they don’t come back. If an animal gets back into the area we’ve repaired at any time during the warranty period, we will come back and remove the animal(s) and re-repair the damage, all at no additional cost.
We can also return before the Animal Exclusion Warranty period expires to re-inspect your entire home or business for new entries or animal damage and extend our warranty for additional time. We may not be able to guarantee a repair for some reason. If that’s the case, we will tell you that before we ever do the repair. Most repairs are warranted from three years to lifetime, depending on the repair. The warranty period will be indicated next to each item on your inspection report.
